Initial Plan

Here is my initial plan for my new canteen. Some core elements are:

- A student friendly area, in which students can choose and purchase their food that is sectioned off from the cooking area for safety.
- Ovens and fridges located well away from the preparation area.
- Space for tables on which student centred cooking lessons can be held.
- A communal eating area.
